E-mail Forwarding in Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all of our hosting plans, will let you forward any email address in the account to a different one without difficulty. You can do this either during the creation of a brand new mailbox or whenever you want later if you decide that you need this function. During the process, you'll be able to decide if you need a duplicate of the emails to be maintained on the server. In this way, you will have a backup and you will prevent the probability to lose a message if the forwarding is to an exterior address, which is temporarily inaccessible. This option can be activated and deactivated at any time, but if you use emails for essential matters, it is advisable to use it, because no records of the email messages will be kept on the server when the option is not enabled. If you decide that you do not need forwarding anymore, it will take just a click to disable it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address hosted on our servers will be very uncomplicated if you have a semi-dedicated server package with us and will also not take you more than a couple of clicks to create. You can do this from the Emails part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to check the mailboxes which are being forwarded and where your e-mails will be sent with a glance. The option can be activated and deactivated for each of the email addresses in your account. You can also activate or deactivate a useful feature we offer - a backup of the messages being relayed through our servers can stay on the server. In this way, you will always have a copy of your incoming emails and you will not have to concern yourself with losing any info. In case you keep this option deactivated, you run the risk of losing emails if there is an issue with the remote email address.
